Imphal, October 12 2015: Power cut
Consumers of 11KV Uripok feeder will experience power cut from 9 am till 5 pm on October 14 and october 16 for installatiion of LT poles and stringing of AB cables under R-APDRP(B) .

Blood donation
Life Savers Manipur and Imphal Hospital & Research Centre, Lalambung Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) road will be organising a voluntary blood donation under the aegis of State Blood Transfusion Council, Manipur Aids Control Society (MACS) and Blood bank, RIMS on October 10 .

Blood donation camp held
A voluntary blood donation camp was organised by NSS Unit, Waikhom Mani Girls' College, Thoubal and Shija Blood bank and Transfusion Services today at the college premises.

30 units of blood were donated by the volunteers and teachers of the college.

Drugs seized
A team of Narcotics and Affairs of Border arrested one Thangjam Ilabanta Singh (42) s/o Th Tomba Singh of Tera Wangthonbi Leikai and seized 34,544 capsules of SP from his possession on Oct 9 .

According to a statement issued by the PRO of Police Dept, the estimated value of the seized contraband drug is Rs 3,45,000 in the market.

A case has been registered at NAB PS under the provisions of NDPS Act and investigation is going on.
