Jiribam, April 12 2013 : While lauding the Chief Minister and Education Minister for releasing remuneration of contract lecturers for 13 and 16 months respectively at once, the All Jiribam Contract Lecturer's Association (AJCLA) has urged the concerned authorities to survey the conditions of educational institutions in Jiribam.

A statement issued by the association today pointed out that many engaged lecturers have endured all hardships since the last 21 years by rendering their services for the betterment of the students also with the hope that their plights would be redressed one day or the other day.

The statement also exuded confidence that the Government would never crash their expectations and hope.

Meanwhile, the association has also urged the concerned authority to ensure timely payment of remunerations to contract teachers so that they their valuable times are spend inside the classroom instead of exhausting their resources in other pursuits.
