Lamka, July 10 2014:
The KNLF has reportedly claim responsibility on the arson attempt of a petrol pump on Tuesday night at around 10PM saying it was fallout of the failure to follow their diktats on oil tempering.
One of the dispensing units at Tuibuong Service Station run by one Lalrobul Pudaite was set aflame by miscreants on Tuesday night after pouring petrol on it.
Locals residing close to the pump had acted swiftly to control the fire as they manage to discover that the unit on flame was the diesel unity and not the highly inflammable Petrol.
The care taker of the pump was reportedly out of station when the incident occurred while the owner has express ignorance on why his property would be a target for arson of anyone.
Three student bodies, the KSO, TSA and HSA had condemned the arson and demanded that the culprit be booked within three days.
