Imphal, August 09 2019: A combined team of Bishnupur police and 5/11 GR arrested two active cadres of PLA while conducting frisking and checking on August 7 in and around Ningthoukhong Bazar.

The two cadres have been identified as Oinam Basanta Singh (35), s/o O Chaoba of Bashikhong Mamang Leikai and Oinam Dinamani Singh (42), s/o O Ibochou Singh of Wabagai Mayai Leikai, said police.

One Honda Activa and other incriminating articles were seized from their possession.

A case has been registered and investigation is on, said police.
