Imphal, May 09 2016: Female Health Worker Training School, Lamphel conducted a lamp lighting, oath taking and capping ceremony for its 14th batch of students at the school hall today.

The ceremony was attended by Health and Family Welfare Min- ister D Korungthang, Family Welfare Services Director Dr K Rajo, Medical Directorate Joint Director (Nursing) Vungzanem Valte and JNIMS Nursing Su- perintendent P Landhoni Devi as chief guest, president and guests of honour respectively.

Speaking at the ceremony, D Korungthang said doctors, nurses and others engaged in the health sector should efficiently serve the public.

Co-operation among staff is a must for devel- opment of the heath sector.
