AR assists woman bitten by snake

Imphal, June 08 2022: Khoupum Battalion of IGAR (S) extended life-saving medical assistance to a 32-year old female of Lamdang village in Churachandpur district, who was bitten by a snake on Wednesday afternoon.

The female was rushed by the family members to N Khunou Company Operating Base of Assam Rifles, where the staffers rendered medical care to the patient and stabilised her condition.

She was then referred to RIMS Hospital for further evaluation and monitoring, said a release of PRO IGAR (S) .
