Imphal, September 07 2021: Thongam Ringku, who was arrested after a botched bank robbery on Monday, has been sent to police remand for seven days.

According to a report, Ringku was produced before the CJM Court Imphal West on Tuesday while seeking remand for further interrogation.

The court remanded him into police custody till September 13 .

Ringku was arrested for attempting to rob Bank of Baroda, Sangaiprou branch using a pistol and a sharp weapon on Monday.
