Imphal, August 06 2015: Top cop allegedly threatens
Porompat police station OC P Achou allegedly threatened to shoot a group of women of Soibam Leikai who staged sit-in-protest at their locality yesterday.

The womenfolk strongly condemned the conduct of the police officer.

Power supply disrupted
Power consumers covered by 33/11KV sub-station at Khoupum, Rengpang and Tamenglong district will not get power supply due to repairing works being carried out for re-erection of tower location at Nungleiband along Leimatak- Rengpang 132KV line, said MSPCL Deputy general manager.
