Imphal, February 28 2018: Officers and staff of Department of Information and Public Relations, Government of Manipur gave farewell to its Commissioner K Radhakumar; Director Meghachandra Kongbam; Joint Director Chongtham Noyon Singh; Head of the Driver Section Shyam Sharma and Sweeper RS Naomi today in a simple function organised at DIPR Office Complex Moirangkhom, Imphal.

As part of the occasion, the retirees sharing their experiences advised the staff to render their service honestly, efficiently and also to work with human touch with the staff and colleagues.
