Thoubal, December 31 2017: The first foundation day of Ningsing Lup, Tekcham was observed at the Lup's office in Tekcham Laibung.

Ningsing Lup president M Kumar hoisted the flag of the Lup and lauded its members for working together and diligently.

During the event, members of the Lup deliberated on different welfare initiatives which would benefit the locals of the area.
