Imphal, December 30 2021: Thoubal District VDF Welfare Association has endorsed the ultimatum served by All Manipur VDF Welfare Association (AMVDFWA), Central Committee to the state government for discussing the demands of VDF in the state cabinet and for issuance of an order by January 3, 2022 .

In a release, Thoubal District VDF Welfare Association publicity secretary Konsam Bikram Singh insisted that the government must fulfil their demands before enforcement of ECI's Model Code of Conduct for the 12th state assembly election.If the government fails to fulfil their demands, then the Association will resort to various forms of agitation from January 4, 2022 as announced by AMVDFWA, it further warned.
