Imphal, October 29 2015: The 11th State level Library Week observance will commence from November 14 at Educational Guide Centre complex, Singjamei and Singjamei Community hall.

Briefing media persons today, K Saratchandra, convener of Educational Guide Centre (EGC), Singjamei, organiser of the library week, urged all concerned not to impose bandh or blockade during the period.

The observance programme will be attended by five firms from outside along with several firms of the State.

A State level debating competition and symposium on different topics will also be held during the week-long observance programme, he said.
