Imphal, March 29 2012: The electric connections of the nine villages located in Chandel district were disconnected today for non-payment of consumption charges, said a release of Executive Engineer, Chandel Div, Electricity Department.

The villages are Aimol Khullen, Aimol Ngairong, Aimol Chandonpokpi, Aimol Tampak, Aimol Kudonphai, Aimol Chinunghut, Aimol Satu, Aimol Khunyai and Aimol Kombirei, according to the statement.
