Lamka, December 28 2013 : Armed outfit USRA today warned a man identified as Paujamuan alias James, who allegedly extorted money in their name, to surrender before the organization on or before 10 January 2014 .

A statement issued by Slash Vaiphei of the outfit said that it is learnt that James has been collecting money in the name of USRA.
