Imphal, February 28 2016: The Centre for Sustainable Development (TCSD), Imphal conducted a workshop on 'Sustainable agriculture land management' on February 26 at Top Awang Leikai, Imphal East under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India.

The workshop was held as a part of the National Environment Awareness Campaign (NEAC), 2015-15, a statement informed.

Major problems of land degradation, its causes and remedial measures were dis- cussed in the workshop.
