Imphal, November 27 2011: A book entitled Manipuri Costumes Through Ages (India, Bangladesh & Myanmar) written by Mutua Bahadur has been released today at EEMA Mini Hall, Keishampat Junction at a simple ceremony attended by Commissioner (Art & Culture) RK Nimai Singh and MGI (Mandalay) Managing Director K Sundergopal Sharma as the chief guest and president respectively.

Book entitled, Manipuri Costumes Through Ages being released at Keishampat

the book contains detailed information in a simplified form on the traditional attires of the Meitei community and its historical relevance.
