Kakching, February 22 2018: District Magistrate Kakching Neilenthang Telien in a statement today warned that strict action would be taken against individual/group who uses loud speakers within the district without permission from the District Magistrate.

The public are requested to apply to the DM at least 7 days prior to the proposed use of loud speakers to ensure proper verification, said the statement.
