Fire destroys properties worth lakh of rupees

Thoubal, October 21 2013:
Properties worth around Rs 3 lakh were reduced to cinder as a fire broke out inside the offset machine room of Patriots Computer at Wabagai Lamkhai today morning.
Electric short circuit is suspected to be the cause of the fire that broke out at around 1 am.
One offset machine, two computer sets, two stabilizers and stationery items were ravaged by the inferno before locals and Manipur Fire Service personnel from Kakching station could douse it.
The owner of the shop has been identified as Yumnam Sashikanta of Wabagai Awang Leikai.
