Imphal, November 18 2011: Reacting sharply to the reported proposal of creation of Supra State Body, Rashtriya Janata Dal, Manipur has dubbed the move as divide and rule policy of the Central Government.

A press statement of the party said, "This step will be a unique step based on divide and rule policy" .

The statement added that the party would do everything possible to protect the integrity of Manipur.

The party said that the reported proposal of Supra State has created uneasiness in the minds of the people of the State amidst hardships being endured due to the prolonged economic blockade.
