Imphal, August 18 2018: Acting on specific input, a team of Commando Imphal West and COB of 5th JAK Rifles have arrested one active cadre of PLA - S/S Sergeant namely Khwairakpam Chetan alias Chumthang alias Nanao(34),s/o (L) Kh Gouramohon of Tharoijam Mamang Leikai, IW along with "incriminating articles" while conducting frisking and checking at Changangei, Uchekon on August 16 .

A case has been registered at Lamphel PS and investigation is on, said police.
