Imphal, November 16, 2012: The prescribed PREPAK has conveyed condolence and regret over the death of Muneilin Kom (30) s o Saifu Kom of Khanomfai village as well as the injuries caused to Achungpa Kom(20) s/o Adethang Kom of Sagang on account of a bomb explosion near Sangaiprou along Imphal-Tidim Road at about 5 pm of November 12. A press release issued by the outfit's publicity officer, department of publicity and propaganda Sanju Oinam clarified that the bomb was kept at the site by a bomb explosive unit of the Red Army for a brief period.

It was being worked out to shift the bomb to a more suitable place where it would not miss its target, the Indian military but all of a sudden it went off.

Admitting its mistake, the outfit condoled and conveyed solidarity to families of the deceased as well as the injured victims.
