Kakching, June 16 2021: Kakching Cha Khakki E-Pao WhatsApp group extended financial assistance to Moirangthem Prem of Kankching Turel Wangma Manarei Pareng to aid in the treatment of his only son who is being treated for blood cancer at Regional Institute of Medical Science (RIMS) .

Gyanand Naorem, chief admin of the whatsapp group, said the amount of Rs 12,345/- was contributed by members of the group voluntarily.

The group is one of the oldest whatsapp group in the area and has been extending help to people in need in the locality.

The group also thanked James Heikrujam, programme executive of Diamond Radio, for bringing out the needs of such families to public platform.

Kakching Cha Khakki E-Pao Whatsapp group wished the little boy for a quick recovery and a long life.
