Imphal, January 13 2015: 12 BIHAR of 9 Sector AR under the aegis of Hqs IGAR (South) in association with Department of Blood Bank, Shija Hospital conducted a voluntary blood donation camp today at the MI Room of the Unit at Tulihal.

The Commanding Officer of 12 BIHAR inaugurated the camp and reiterated the importance of blood donation in saving many precious lives.

Soldiers of the Unit and locals of the area donated blood at the camp.

Medical Officer of the Unit delivered an awareness lecture on voluntary blood donation, health, hygiene and sanitation, said a press release issued by PRO Hqs IGAR (S) .
