Imphal, February 06 2013: The Finance Department has informed the Government Departments concerned that all encashment permission in relaxation of the ban imposed by the State Government will be valid only upto February 16 .

Directing the Departments to encash all the bills for which necessary permissions have been given within the said deadline, an order issued by Additional Secretary (Finance) said that the encashment permission would be treated as 'cancelled' if the said bills are not encashed within the given deadline.
