Imphal, October 05 2020: The Manipur State Shumang Leela Council (MSSLC) has organised an inaugural function of Academy of Moirang Parva at Iboyaima Shumang Leela Shanglen, Palace Compound, today.

At the function, Director of Art and Culture, Ng Uttam stated that opening of such an academy is a welcoming step for the State as it will help in promoting Manipuri culture, furthermore.

He also urged the youths of the State to be industrious to live their dreams.

The programme was also attended by the Editor of Naharolgi Thoudang, Khoirom Loyalakpa and president of MSSLC, M Purnimashi Leima.
