Imphal, May 04 2020: To ensure that the people of the State are provided with PDS items especially rice, the State Government continued distribution of rice allocated for April 2020 in certain Assembly Constituencies of the State.

In Thoubal district, a total of 500 quintals of rice was sold under OMSS.

50 quintals of rice were sold to the beneficiaries of Wangjing Tentha AC and 450 quintals of rice to Lilong AC.

In respect of Imphal West district, 27.5 quintals of rice under OMSS was sold to 830 persons.
