Imphal, September 03 2014: A one day workshop on International Humanitarian Law organised by the United NGOs Mission manipur, Bishnupur District Committee was held today at People's resource Development Association's conference hall, Bishnupur district.

Human Rights Alert manipur member, Advocate basanta Wareppam and women Action for Development secretary, Sobita Mangshatabam addressed the International Humanitarian Law and AFSPA 1958 topics respectively.

The event which was attended by NGO members and other families affected by AFSPA, also demanded annulment of AFSPA.
