Imphal, February 03 2020: The Hill Tribal Council (HTC) has appealed all to refrain from spreading false propaganda and premature judgement in connection with Khudengthabi incident that took place on January 19 last to avoid serious repercussion in future.

A press release issued by HTC said that the incident of January 19 last at Khudengthabi where an IPS officer was reportedly harassed by the Assam Rifles Jawan needs a deep thought before making any conclusion.
