Imphal, June 30 2022: Somsai Battalion of IGAR (S) organised an awareness drive on career in Indian Armed Forces followed by weapon and equipment display and Assam Rifles' pipe band performance for school and college students, ex-service-men (ESM), locals at Ukhrul Town Post on Thursday.

In a release, PRO IGAR (S) informed that 325 motivated young boys and girls from nearby villages attended the event.

The entire crowd was educated on various entries to join Indian Armed Forces and was thrilled to see elaborated layout of sophisticated weapons and Assam Rifles pipe band performance, the PRO added.
