Shiv Sena declares first list of candidates

Imphal, January 31 2022: Shiv Sena Manipur has declared the first list of candidates for the upcoming 2022 state assembly election on Monday.

The party's state unit president M Tombi declared the list of six candidates in a press meet held at the party office, Babupara here.

The six candidates included in the first list are Thangjam Shyam for Khundrakpam AC, Khaidem Ranjit for Sekmai AC, Moirangthem Tomtomsana for Heirok AC, Ninghor Jojo for Phungyar AC, Ramining Jojo for Saikul AC and Lalhlungsang Sungte for Thanlon AC.

Interacting with the media, Tombi said that the party is planning to contest the election from 15 seats and the second list will be issued in a couple of days.
