Kangpokpi (Senapati), July 30 2015: A one-day advocacy seminar on the rights of persons with disability was jointly organized by Manipur North Economic Development Association (MANEDA) and All Disable Union, Sadar Hills (ADUSH) under the aegis of Light of the World at Town Hall, Leimakhong Bazar, Sadar Hills, reports our correspondent.

Church leaders, village chiefs and persons with disability from Leimakhong area attended the seminar.

During the seminar, Mangboi Singsit spoke on Persons with Disabilities Act, National Trust Act and Ahen Chongloi elaborated on Disabled People's Organizations, its duties and functions.
