Imphal, January 30 2018: A youth festival called Imphal Jamboree would be held at the Trade and Commerce Centre, Lamboi Khongnangkhong from February 3 to 5 under the aegis of Global Shapers Community, Imphal Hub.

Speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club here today, Global Shapers Community, Imphal Hub curator Elizabeth Okram said that the festival which would be held under the theme 'Youth-Value Creators of Tomorrow' would feature panel discussion, talk programmes, cultural dance, music and others.

The festival is powered by the State Planning Department.

Global Shapers Community Hub was set up at the initiative of the World Economic Forum and it has 478 hubs across the world and including the Imphal Hub which was opened in September 2015, Elizabeth said.
