Rotary Club conducts tree plantation drive

Imphal, July 29 2018: Rotary Club of Imphal has organised an annual tree plantation programme under the theme "Save Mother Earth" at Sangaithel Pat, Khoken village in Imphal West today.

Speaking at the event, Rotary Club Community director Prem Pebam said that the club has planted 1,000 saplings at the campus of Navodaya Vidyala, Imphal East in the first phase.

The club will plant 1,000 saplings today, he said.

President of the club Dr Th Sudhiranjan and members of the clubs took part in the tree plantation drive.
