Imphal, April 28 2016: Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) has informed the general public that normal supply of water from Cheiraoching reservoir will be suspended for three days from today due to water pipeline bursts at Lamphel near Institute of Cooperative Management (ICM) yesterday.

In a statement, Executive Engineer (W/S Maintenance Division No.I) of PHED said that it will take three days to repair the pipeline and as such, regular supply of potable water will be disrupted in areas like Lamphel and Thangmeiband.
