Chandel, July 22 2014: A combined team of Thoubal district police commando and 20 AR arrested a lance corporal of KYKL during a frisking operation conducted in and around Pallel area on July 20 .

He is identified as Saikhom Kishan Meitei alias Bashan (22) S/o of (L) S Kumar Meitei of Heirok Part I, Heitupokpi.

A case has been registered at Kakching police station and further investigation is underway.
