Chandel, August 20 2018: The Maring Students' Union (MSU) Chandel district has extended its congratulations to two Maring women for being selected in the India's first all women SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) team 2018.A press release issued by general secretary of MSU stated that the two selected women are Leimuidou, d/o Late Modar from Kharou Khullen Village, Chandel district and Wairok Tomui Makunga, d/o Wairok Angdun Makunga from Khulsaibung Village, Chandel district.

MSU wishes them all success in their future endeavour.
