Imphal, June 19 2018: Chandrakhong company of Phundrei Battalion of 9 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) conducted an awareness capsule on HIV/AIDS for locals and own troops at Chandrakhong company.

The aim of this capsule was to spread awareness amongst people about HIV/AIDS.

A lecture on the topic was conducted by Regimental Medical Officer.

The effort of the Assam Rifles was appreciated by people.

The event concluded with tea and snacks for all.
