Churachandpur, February 14 2017: Seilal Upper Primary School has today observed 'blessing day' at its premises at Seilal village with the Additional Chief Secretary WL Hangshing and other officials as presidium members, reports our correspondent.

The school was established in 2014 and has now over 400 students.

While Rev Dr Hemmang led the thanks giving and blessing prayer, several officials including Jameson Hangshing, SDO Singngat, Soiminlen Lengen, CEO, ADC Churachandpur and the Additional CS handed over school uniform to the school authority.
