Free Hepatitis C treatment at RIMS

Imphal, June 13 2019: A free treatment programme for Hepatitis C will be conducted at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) Imphal under the sponsorship of NATCO Pharma Ltd from the last week of June 2019 .

Informing this to this daily, RIMS Medicine Department's Associate Professor and Gastroenterologist Dr Romeo Karam said that the free treatment programme is a joint venture of RIMS and NATCO Pharma Ltd.

Under the programme, 150 patients will be provided free testing, diagnosis and treatment on first come first serve basis.
