CNPO condemns destruction of monolith

Imphal, January 11 2025: Chandel Naga People's Organisation (CNPO) has expressed deep concern and disappointment over the destruction of the centenary monolith at Liwachangning Baptist Church, Chandel district.

As per a release by CNPO Information & Publicity, this incident is a loss for the entire community.

"We appeal to all sections of society to join us for prevention of such unwanted incidents in the near future.

Let us work together to promote social cohesion, mutual respect, and understanding," it pleaded.
