Moreh, August 09 2022: A Tata DI was caught in the mud following a landslide at a place about 5 kms from Tengnoupal Headquarters towards Moreh side today at around 7.30 am.

Reportedly, the vehicle coming from the Imphal side was heading towards Moreh.

No one was injured in the landslide as both the driver and the occupant of the vehicle swiftly moved to a safer location as soon as the mass of earth started slipping due to incessant rainfall.

The vehicle bearing Assam registration number was later evacuated by Tengnoupal police using heavy machinery.
