Imphal, October 08 2015: The 7th foundation day of Private Schools' Development Council was celebrated at Sofia English School, Thoubal Wangmataba today.

Council president Kh Menjor Mangang, vice-president N Ranjit, organisation secretary B Surchandra, Sofia School Principal AK Jugeshwor, Fancier Higher Secondary School president H Priyo and Peace and Freedom Academy managing director Soibam Bishworjit graced the occasion as presidium members.

The teachers who attended the function expressed views on bringing academic excellence and awarding meritorious awards to students, said a statement.

They also urged the concerned not to disturb the academic atmosphere.
