Mt Everest College organises plantation drive

Senapati, July 08 2022: NSS Unit-I, of Botany Department and Co-Curricular Committee of Mount Everest College, Senapati jointly organised a tree plantation drive in and around its college ground and Taphou Phyamai village under the theme, "Plant to heal" on Friday.

The drive was organised in sync with the government's order that government Aided Colleges of Manipur shall take part in mass tree plantation programme.

More than 500 tree saplings of Gulmohar, walnut, oak, black berry and cherry species were planted by over 140 students.
