Imphal, October 04 2014 : District Magistrate of Thoubal has clamped prohibitory order under Sub-section 2 of Section 144 CrPC to the whole of Thoubal district with effect from October 1 in view of the likelihood occurrence of violence, breach of peace and unwanted incidents during the conduct of by-election and Durga Puja festival, according to an order.
