JAC urges Govt to appoint members of state SSC

Imphal, August 03 2024: The JAC of AMTUC and AMGEO has thanked the state government for fulfilling its long-cherished dream of forming Staff Selection Commission and appointing chairman of the commission recently.

The JAC also urged government to appoint requisite members of the commission and start filling up more than 40,000 vacant posts particularly grade-IV in different departments through the commission.

It also appealed to the government to made regular appointment for certain posts currently pending results after interview/examination through the commission.
