Imphal, December 02 2012: The Bharatiya Janata Party, Thoubal Mandal has conveyed deep condolence and heartfelt sorrow on the demise of Yanglem Naoba alias Bisheswor (30) s/o Y Basanta Singh and Huirongbam Manichandra Singh (58) s/o (L) H Iboton Singh, both from Thoubal Wangmataba.

Condemning the killings and extending sympathy to the bereaved families, a BJP, Thoubal Mandal statement jointly issued by its president and Indira Oinam, BJP candidate in the last Assembly election from Thoubal AC, demanded immediate and appropriate actions on the matter.

While Naoba was found shot dead by unidentified person(s) on November 30 morning at Thoubal Nongangkhong area, Manichandra succumbed to bullet injuries last evening.

He suffered injuries on the abdomen and legs in alleged firing by State security force personnel.
