Imphal, September 01 2015: 24 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Hqs IGAR (South) organised a medical camp at Sita village today.

Information about monsoon related ailments and their cure were disseminated and pamphlets were distributed.

Medical officer of the unit gave a lecture with the prime objective of covering health and hygiene and various methods for producing clean drinking water.

Free health check up and distribution of medicines to the affected individuals free of cost were carried out for 125 people, said an AR press release.
