Imphal, August 31 2011: Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) Secretary Norbert Disinang has urged different organisations of the State not to call any bandh or general strike on September 11 in view of the Manipur Civil Services Combined Competitive (Preliminary) examination 2011 .

The examination would be held from 11 am to 2 pm at 44 different centres across Imphal city, said a press release.

Saying that it is the examination many youths have been waiting to seek entry into the premier services of the State, the press release added that many youths are also appearing in the examination as their last chance.
