Imphal, September 28 2017: National gold medalist Thockhom Rosie has appealed all concerned to extend financial assitance so that she can participate in the World Championship Karate Tournament which will be held in Spain from Oct 25 to 30 .

Talking to the media persons at Manipur Press Club, she said that she is in need of financial support so as to participate in the championship in Spain as the financial condition of her family is not sound.

She had already won the gold at the national level.

Among the 28 athletes who participated, she is the only one to be selected by the Karate Association of India to represent India in Spain.
