Imphal, September 28 2012:
The Institution of Engineers (India), Manipur State Centre has urged the individuals, organisations and Government authorities to extend co-operation in acquiring land for IEI Manipur.
With the setting up of a separate complex for IEI Manipur, the institute would be able to expand its activities and bring all round development in this industrially and technically backward State, said a press release.
The complex is to be set up within a radius of 10 km from the heart of Imphal city in a minimum area of 0.35 acres, added the press release.
